1982: graduated from beijing medical university in 1982, as graduate student majoring in cytogenetics.
1986 - 1990: post-doctor and vice researcher of american nih and nci molecular oncology laboratory;
1991 - 1993: visiting researcher of american fox chase cancer research center;
present: general director of beijing environmental mutagen society; vice editor of wjg, canceration, aberration, mutation; member of editorial board of journal of pathology; visiting honorary professor of the chinese university of hong kong.
he successively directed 20-odd research subjects of national science foundation for outstanding youth”, national 863 program, 973 oncology program, key project of beijing scientific and technological commission, natural science foundation of china. now he undertakes national 863 major special project—gastric cancer molecular typing and individualized diagnosis and treatment, forcing on the construction of the marker profiles of gastro-intestinal neoplasm genes and protein and clinical significance evaluation. engaged in the research of international cancer gene cooperation (icgc), and appointed member of science and technology committee, he’s in charge of the whole genome analysis of gastric cancer and proactively promotes the normalized collection of bio-samples, the establishment of national bio-bank conception and the implementation of strategic programs.
he has published about 150 theses on chinese and foreign core journals such as cancer res, mcb, ijc, carcinogesis, oncogene, clin cancer res, j proteom res, jco, china science, science bulletin, chinese medical journal, etc, obtained about 10 outcomes at the state-level and provincial and ministerial level, and applied for 6 national invention patents. |
